Amazing service and an awesome experience working with these guys. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and FAST! I contacted them just a couple of days ago and they've come twice and done amazing work here at the house. The guys at Ludlows found a sprinkler head that got buried during a recent landscaping renovation and, most importantly, they found a broken pipe and a leak that had been costing us a lot of money. A lot of good work for a reasonable price. These guys are FOR SURE the company we will call for any and all of our irrigation needs moving forward. I highly recommend them.

They took measurements after discussing with me what I was looking for and a few days later had a plan that was exactly what I was looking for. I am a Realtor and have used Ludlows Services for myself and many of my clients with complete satisfaction. An experience I had with one of my clients recently shows how Ludlows goes above and beyond the service expected. My client lives out of state and was maintaining her landscape as we had the home for sale. We were right at contract closing day when the HOA sent a lawn violation at the last minute that had to be taken care of before we could close or it would halt the entire process and possibly delay it for days that would cost everyone a lot of money. The owners Steve & Jim personally came out to take care of it, took pictures to document it and took it to the HOA office to get authorization that it had been taken care of so we could still close the same day. Long Version: From the very first day of getting a quote, all the way through installment and maintenance, Ludlow Services has been a simply fantastic company to work with. Every time I’ve called or e-mailed with Claire, she’s been knowledgeable, quick to respond, and friendly! Her e-mails are clear and detailed and her confirmation reminders helped me plan my schedule. Steve came over one morning and we were able to discuss what I needed regarding sod replacement and what I was looking for in terms of landscaping. A detailed e-mail with a quote, and pictures of the recommended plants, mulch, and other suggestions was quickly delivered to my inbox for approval. My yard was prepared on a Tuesday while I was away at work, and I came home amazed to see how detailed they were in clearing out the original grass and plants. I knew the yard had water bottles, soda cans, and other rubbish left behind by the builders under the grass, and they even disposed of that too! Two days later, Mike, Jim and Steve started re-sodding and planting new landscaping promptly in the morning. They were thorough and efficient! The entire job was done before 2PM and it looks fantastic! I’ve been so impressed with their work that I’ve opted in for their lawn service and treatment plan. They removed mulch and replaced with stone or sod, replaced trees, refreshed plants, and laid slabs for storage and garbage bins. We have already received compliments on how awesome the front looks and would recommend their services for your landscaping project.

Ludlows repaired my irrigation system and did some landscaping to my back and front yard. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them! I now have a beautiful landscaped area in my backyard and extra plants in my front yard that completes the look. They were able to come before they expected, which was wonderful. They will be helping me with some backyard space to be paved and I have every confidence that it will be just as beautiful! I can't wait! Very, very happy with the work Ludlow Services did for us. Their quote on how long the job would take was right on target. The beds around the house were SO overgrown that I wasn't sure they could ever be cleaned up. I was wrong - Ludlow cleaned them out and they look fantastic! They also trimmed back the bushes, removed old plants and planted new shrubs. They also fixed our broken irrigation system. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A storm knocked out a lot of panels on our lenai and they were able to replace them the very next day and were considerably cheaper then the other guys. I called them later for an irrigation problem and again came out the next day and fixed the problem at a fraction of the price the other guys quoted.

Ludlows is a 1st class organization. This was the 2nd time we have used them to repair screens on our pool enclosure and both times they came through with excellent work. The 2 professionals that performed the work yesterday were outstanding and I'm sure an important asset to the Ludlows organization. I use Ludlow for lawn care, irrigation, lawn pest control. They just put in some panels of Florida glass which turned out really nice. The workers I've dealt with on-site are very knowledgeable about lawns, plants, irrigation, not just worker bees. And all very courteous and nice. Office staff is also very nice and responsive. Very happy with their services.

I would like to share my experience with Ludlows services. I contacted them through their website for some long overdue landscaping overhaul before the summer was in full effect. I had a lot of ornamental shrubs and an oak tree that had been installed by the developer when I purchased my new house in 2013. The oak tree had been removed years prior due to it being planted very close to the house, and many of the shrubs became difficult to maintain. I attempted to mitigate the problem as best I could, but being a homeowner working full-time made this difficult at times. I like to take pride in my home, and I felt as if the yard lacked curb-appeal. I was contacted by Phillip Abreu regarding a walk of my property and what work that I wanted to have done. Phillip and his partner Stephen conducted a walk-through and seemed knowledgeable of landscaping design. My main concern was keeping the yard as simple and streamlined as possible. Keeping a clean look will also help when keeping the landscaping maintained during the growing season. I asked to have concrete landscaping edging, and Phillip explained the potential of cracking over time while being exposed to the Florida sun. Phillip offered alternatives, such as plastic edging, pavers, and aluminum edging. Once I was able to get a sample piece of aluminum edging, I felt that it was the best alternative to concrete in durability. I also mentioned to Phillip and Stephen that I wanted to have Podocarpus shrubs contained within the edging up against the front of the house with a crushed stone mulch. Phillip and Stephen took measurements and photographs to provide a cost estimate. I started the process of HOA architectural committee approval and was provided with the estimate from Phillip. Once the HOA approved the project, I contacted Phillip and scheduled another walk-through. Phillip worked with me on my schedule and came back with Stephen to finalize the design plan and take additional measurements. Once I agreed to the cost and put down half of the project cost, Phillip contacted me, and we scheduled the work for later the same week. Phillip stated that I didn’t have to be home for them to do the project, but I wanted to be there in case they needed assistance. Phillip and Stephen arrived at my house the following Friday and preceded to remove the old shrubs and prepare the ground for new sod and the aluminum edging. Phillip did run into a few unexpected issues with the existing irrigation, which I assume is common in projects of this nature. Phillip and Stephen worked tirelessly for approximately 12 hours to get the project done. Prior to them leaving for the day, Phillip informed me that he would need to return on Saturday to put the finishing touches on the project. When the project was completed, Phillip and Stephen had my Wife and I check the work and made sure that we were satisfied prior to leaving. Due to not all of the rock mulch being used in the project, three pallets of it were left on the driveway until the supplier could retrieve it on Monday. Phillip compensated me for the inconvenience and refunded me for the materials that were not used. I would highly recommend using Ludlows Services if you have a landscaping project. They were able to offer a competitive price and I think that the results speak for themselves.

Always reliable and very professional. Can trust them to do a great job. Planted a whole hedge for me and replaced broken trellis. Would always be my first call for yard work. Keep up the great work guys.

Great service vey consistent and professional

I recently underwent a procedure which makes it impossible for me to do any manual labor, so my entire lawn was up to my knees, my trees had gotten out-of-hand, and my hedges looked ragged. For a VERY reasonable price, they brought my entire yard back up to snuff and allowed me to take pride in my home again. I have since contracted them for weekly service while I recover. I would HIGHLY recommend them for their professionalism, prompt responses, and quality of work!

We also had them clean up overgrown plants and remove weeds along the exterior of our pool enclosure, as well as adding new plants. We couldn't be happier with the results. The guys were great, and the entire job was completed in a timely manner, and most importantly it looks great. Will definitely use Ludlow again for future projects.

I am so impressed with their customer service that I am writing this review before services have even been completed. I live in Texas at the moment (moving to FL next month to care for my parents) and have been looking for someone to clean up my elderly disabled parents' flower beds and trim their palm tree.
